H & M under fire for a jumpsuit

After Zara had two mishaps, it's now time for an uproar about an H & M clothing item. According to Kurdish social media accounts this green jumpsuit from H & M looks too much like a Peshmerga uniform. The khaki uniforms are being worn by female Kurdish fighters. Fighters who are fighting IS/ISIS.

Here is a picture of a Peshmerga uniform. H & M has apologized and said that any similarities are coincidental. What do you think of the backlash? Do you agree, do you think the jumpsuit and the uniform look too much alike?
