Plastic, not so fantastic

I was searching for affordable knock-off Adidas Stan Smith sneakers and when I saw nice knock-offs at H & M I immediately ordered them. But they were a let down. I'm not sure if the real Stan Smith look as plastic as the H & M version. In case they do, I think I can scratch them of my wishlist.

 

 

 

 

 

The weird thing is, they don't look that bad when you look at these pictures. But in real life they did. They also looked like orthopaedic shoes or shoes people wear in hospitals. So I'm returning these. Although I'm still curious about the knock-off version from Modemusthaves.
