Supercolors with Pharrel Williams for Adidas

Have you seen the Adidas Superstar sneakers? They're on my wishlist, though I don't know which color I want for sure. White with black stripes are the most easy to combine. But I love the white ones with red or blue stripes as well. Now Adidas did something which makes it even more harder to choose. Pharrel Williams worked together with Adidas and made Adidas Superstar sneakers in 50 different colors. 

Beginning of winter

The astronomical winter actually started yesterday, but it's not too late for this post yet. I always love using Pinterest for inspiration. Sometimes I just don't know what to wear. Plus, when it gets really cold I still want to look good. Sometimes this can be a challenge since I don't want to freeze to death either. I found some nice pictures from other bloggers on Pinterest and I wanted to share these winter outfits. Most of these outfits show jeans, tartan, stripes and cozy sweaters. Skirts and dresses can be so cold in the winter, so jeans are more practical.

The idea that I've been blogging for over a year is strange. Just like the idea that this blog will be a year old within a few weeks. It feels like I just started blogging. But enough reminiscing, I'll cross that bridge when the time is there. This definitely is the end of August. The weather this month was colder than usual in August. It felt like an early fall. But this has happened the last few years and the beginning of the fall was mostly good. Lets hope that this year it will be the same.

I had a wedding this week. Not mine, but still very special. Because my oldest sister got married. The ceremony was beautiful and she had an amazing dress. It won't show it due my sisters privacy. But she looked amazing. This was also the week when I finally found my bag. Which is of course is not as special as my sis getting married. But it was something I was searching for for so long.

This is already the sixth month of 2014. Can you believe it? These last months flew by. This week I was working on my schoolwork. I did a little bit of shopping, had a driving lesson, went to a party with colleagues and made sushi with friends. But what did I wear this week?

Stripes and nude

The striped pants arrived. I ordered them at the H & M webshop. I ordered them in two sizes and I was glad I did, because one was too small. Unfortunately the other one was too long for my legs. It's a problem I basically always have with pants. But with the cuffs like this it looks so much better.

 

Striped crop top

My striped crop top from H & M arrived. I was so happy when I finally could order it in my size, because it was sold out all the time. I wore this skirt on Sunday, check my outfit of the week 16 blogpost for more details. I just wanted to show my elegant (ahum) up skirt moments. Marilyn Monroe did it better.

 

Stripes mixed with leather

Stripes, stripes, stripes... Another sweater with stripes for my closet. The sweater isn't that warm, but so awesome with fake leather patches. It will look great with skinny jeans.

 

Shoplog

Sometimes I think I'm a psychic. When I tried on this sweater today when I went shopping with my mom in Zwolle. I knew I had to watch the H & M website very closely, so when this sweater would be on sale I could immediately ordered it. And what do you know, it's on sale! I immediately put it in my shopping bag and could only breathe when I saw it was ordered. It was 15 euros on the webshop, while 24,95 euros in the store. I had to pay forwarding charges so in the end I still have to pay 19,90 euros.

Week 48 at last! My last week at my internship. I've learned so much and I've had three great months over there. Nice colleagues and I was able to do a lot without being supervised all the time. I've loved the freedom and I'll be sad to go. I still got this weird feeling I will return on Monday. On top of my last week at my internship, I had a crazy busy week. But it was fun!

On Saturday I had the day off again. So I went to Lelystad, for a little bit of shopping. I wasn't really in the mood to finish my paper. Even though I really have to work on it from now on.

I had to work on school in my weekend. That is like the worst when you work five days a week. At least I didn't have to work at my other job.

This week I went shopping in Almere. I was looking forward to it for several weeks! 

Shoplog

I went shopping in Almere today! I looked forward to this for weeks. I actually wanted to go to Zwolle last week, but I couldn't due school business. But this week I had no school business. So yeah, a nice shopping spree. And I might have bought something new... Not much of course * coughs *. Just a few things everyone should have. Wanna see?

Huge package arrived!

I always enjoy it when there is a new package waiting for me at home. I had to wait longer than expected with the order, I think H & M didn't like that I ordered so many things without forwarding charges. Back in September there was a code so you didn't have to pay forwarding charges. I used them several times, but some clothes took very long to arrive so I ordered new stuff and I mostly didn't need to pay the forwarding charges. I guess they were fed up with that? My sister ordered the same green blouse I bought in Utrecht. And H & M waited with sending all the different items to add the green blouse. So today I finally got my package and it was a lot! Wanna know what came in the mail today?

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while! I was a bit busy, but now I'm back. To celebrate the fact that I've returned a new shoplog (* coughs because you know I wouldn't order stuff online other wise *). 

 

Outfits of the week: Week 38

Ugh, I was so tired this week. And I felt a little bit sick on Friday and Saturday. I’m hoping it’s not the flue or something! Thank god I can look forward to Monday, when I’m going shopping in Utrecht! Well, I have to go to Utrecht, but I’m going shopping as well.

I bought the black T-shirt this year on sale. I think it was really, like only 5 euros or something.

I ordered this sweater and a blouse online from the H & M webshop on August 8. It came like a week later or something. They were both on sale, this lovely sweater was only 7 euros.
