It was super foggy on Sunday but that gave the pictures an super spooky vibe. Funny, because it was the day after Halloween. I didn't celebrate Halloween though. Never have and it wasn't that big in the Netherlands until the last couple of years. So no Halloween outfits in this post. I also only have 3 outfits to show. But better than none right?

Beginning of winter

The astronomical winter actually started yesterday, but it's not too late for this post yet. I always love using Pinterest for inspiration. Sometimes I just don't know what to wear. Plus, when it gets really cold I still want to look good. Sometimes this can be a challenge since I don't want to freeze to death either. I found some nice pictures from other bloggers on Pinterest and I wanted to share these winter outfits. Most of these outfits show jeans, tartan, stripes and cozy sweaters. Skirts and dresses can be so cold in the winter, so jeans are more practical.

Vero Moda party dresses

I still don't have a nice dress or outfit for Christmas and New Years Eve. I could wear the dresses I wore last year, but honestly I like searching for a new dress. I found some cute dresses at Vero Moda and I wanted to show these. The dresses are in a nice price range. I don't want to spend too much money if I'm gonna buy a new dress.

This was a boring week. I spend most of my time working on my paper. But the end is near! Well, of the first version at least. But that's something already. Anyhow, let's talk about my outfits!

This week is week with coats. Even though it wasn't that cold. I just wore a lot of coats and sometimes I just want to show you. Since this was the week of coats, I also bought a new one. Oops!

Outfits of the week: Week 35

The idea that I've been blogging for over a year is strange. Just like the idea that this blog will be a year old within a few weeks. It feels like I just started blogging. But enough reminiscing, I'll cross that bridge when the time is there. This definitely is the end of August. The weather this month was colder than usual in August. It felt like an early fall. But this has happened the last few years and the beginning of the fall was mostly good. Lets hope that this year it will be the same.

The summer officially started at June 21. I gotta say, I didn't notice it that much on Thursday while shopping, because I was freaking cold when I was outside. Further more I went to Zwolle with a friend to catch up.

I had to work a lot this week, which means money! But also means less outfits. So sorry for that!

The weather was horrible at the beginning of the week, but luckily it turned around by Thursday. I went for a little shopping spree, which turned out bigger than I expected. I also went drinking with a friend this week. We talked for hours and it was really nice.

A movie again, bowling with colleagues and beautiful weather. This was a relaxed week and I didn't do much schoolwork this week. I'm gonna work extra hard this week though.

Summer inspiration

I wanted to post some summer inspiration for festivals and just plain summery days. They're perhaps not the most spectacular, but I could see myself wearing these outfits. Especially since the temperature has been awesome lately. Staring at summer outfits just makes me happy, so I thought why not share it?

Outfits of the week: Week 20

Wow, I wrote how awful the weather was in week 19 and this week was completely different. The weather was amazing, especially at the end of the week. It's so awesome to wear all my summer items: the dresses, shorts, skirts, top and T-shirts. Sure, I already wore some summery items. But not a lot and sometimes it was still a little bit chilly. But not anymore this week!

The weather was like the worst this week. Not that it was snowing, but just rain for so many days I didn't think it would stop. It wasn't raining the whole week, but pretty much half of it. Aside from the rain, my social life was back to normal! Finally, after doing no fun stuff because of school, I decided to meet my friends again. Also, so very sorry about the shitty quality of the last photos. Every Monday I want to post my ootw, which I didn't manage in the past. For the last few weeks, it went perfectly well. I don't shoot my ootw every day, sometimes I have to shoot three outfits on a day because I didn't have enough time on the day itself or the weather was awful. This time the weather has been awful and the batteries decided to die. I always hate that. But I'm beginning with the pictures which did turn out good.

It's the fifth month already. I swear, this year we're just skipping weeks right? Because there is no way last week was week 18 already. 

Orange pride

It's Kingsday tomorrow. It's a holiday in the Netherlands when we celebrate the birthday of our king Willem-Alexander. This is the first year we celebrate Kingsday, because last year was the inauguration of our king (remember the dress of his wife?) on April 30th, which was until this year Queensday. We said goodbye that day to our queen Beatrix. The good thing about abdication is we get a new monarch, but we don't really loose the other monarch. That one simply doesn't get to be called queen or king. Also fun, last year was the first in more than 100 years we got a king. Yes, we had 3 queens in a row. And after this king we get a queen again! I have to work tomorrow, but for everyone who's going to de rommelmarkt (the flea market), here's some outfit inspiration!

Inspiration for Easter day two

Yes, again with the Easter. I know the whole internet is in a frenzy because it's Easter but really to me it just means nice food and days of from work. But not from schoolwork though. If you're still/again or now are celebrating Easter, here is some outfit inspiration. Of course you can wear this pretty much everyday. That's why it's ideal! What to wear with Easter?

 I'm still not sure what I'm gonna wear with Easter so I thought, why not make a post about? Obviously the color yellow pops into my mind. I think most people associate the color yellow with spring, Easter and chickens (as in chickens of a bird, not a woman). I'm not that big of a fan of the color yellow. I like it on others, but I'm too pale I fear. So I decided I made some outfit ideas. I don't think they're the typical outfits for Easter, but that's why I like them. Besides, what is the typical outfit for Easter in your eyes?

Another week has passed. Like most weeks, this one flew by. I ate sushi (yummy!). Further just loads of schoolwork. It's for a good cause, but sometimes it literally feels like there's no end to it. I think we all know that feeling right.
