A-line spring coats

I really want an A-line coat for this spring. I wanted a coat like that for so long, but I always feel they aren't flattering on me. I tried one on at Vero Moda but I think that coat was a little bit too long. I saw another one at Steps but that one was € 120,- which is way above my budget. So here are a couple of A-line coats which are more affordable. I noticed New Look has a ton of these coats and some of these are now on sale. Some of these might qualify as winter coats, but it's still quite chilly even though spring is almost near.

Have a lovely Valentines Day

It's Friday the 14th today, that means it's Valentines Day! Whether you're going out with your partner or you're gonna stay home, here are some clothing items perfect for Valentines Day. Like always, the prices are affordable so you can still spend your money on presents or dinner!

New Look sports collection

New Look is the latest fashion brand which now has a sportswear collection. Being healthy is hot, therefor sportswear is hot. The sportswear collection has bright colors, black clothing items and items with prints. So basically you have a lot of choice. Which is always great, because not everybody wants hysteric prints. While not everybody wants to have a basic outfit either.

The bathroom coat

I haven't seen anybody in real life wearing the bathroom coat, but I have seen multiple bloggers wearing it and I've seen the bathroom coat at several webshops. I honestly don't really get, because I would really feel like wearing a bathroom coat. But for the people who are braver than I am, I found a classy one at New Look. 

Sale is everywhere

Sale is everywhere! Well, I'm not sure everywhere, but at least at these stores/webshops it is. I already posted about the H & M and Vero Moda sale. Now I'm sharing the other sales.

Cyber Monday

I feel this is the year Black Friday really has become a thing in the Netherlands, mostly online though. But there was Black Friday discounts at stores as well. Even though it's not as big as in the States and the UK, I suspect it will be within five years. Cyber Monday might become big as well. On Cyber Monday the discounts are usually higher than on Black Friday, yet Cyber Monday wasn't that big. But this will become big as well.

The tartan scarf

Tartan has made a comeback last year in mainstream fashion. It was never truly gone, but nowadays you see a lot more items. One thing that was very popular was the Zara tartan scarf. Now you have a good lookalike at Primark for less than 10 euros. I realize I just wrote about scarfs and I just ordered two. Which will come tomorrow, yay!

Musthaves with discount at New Look

New Look has a 30 % (25 % if you're in the UK) discount on musthaves items. I selected a few items I like and these items are affordable. I'm showing a lot of (floral) dresses, simply because New Look has a lot of (floral) dresses. And I think they're cute! I especially love the leopard tunic/dress.

Love thy denim

I love polkadot, colorful pants, floral prints and T-shirt. But the love for clothing items I have since forever is definitely denim. Most specifically jeans. Not that weird, if you consider that in the Netherlands people love their jeans. They're acceptable in most work places (not all). So don't be surprised if you see a lot of people who are Dutch wearing jeans. However during summer jeans might be a little hot. That's why playsuit are so handy, especially if you're not into dresses and skirts (like I was). This playsuit from New Look isn't denim, it's viscose.

Winter collection of New Look

Enjoy the beautiful weather while it lasts, because fashion houses are slowly sharing their new collections of fall/winter 2014. This time I present you the winter lookbook of New Look. It has filters on every picture, so the colors look different. I see a lot of spring and summer items, you'll freeze if you were it under 30 degrees of Celsius. I guess New Look is hoping for a warm winter? But the lookbook also shows warm coats and sweaters.
